Ebenezer

Ebenezer was buit in 1881.

Between November 1904 and June 1905 a great ‘revival’ began which initially started in Loughor and rapidly spread throughout Wales. In Llanelli the revival fire was said to be burning brightly and each day more people were converted. Meetings were held everywhere and one such meeting was held at Ebenezer Chapel by two students of Evan Roberts, the great Revivalist. Many believed that Evan Roberts, himself would attend the gathering, but were very disappointed that it was only his students who addressed the meeting.
